They proceeded to tell us that they were short staffed on house keepers so our room would not be cleaned until our stay was over. They told us that even though we pay for ocean view, it doesn't mean we will be guaranteed that view which makes no sense if that's what we are paying for.
We bought a room with an ocean view, when we got there they gave us a room with a construction view. My boyfriend and I stayed to celebrate my 21st birthday.
